While testing this recipe, I was buying canned chipotles. I noticed there is one company that sells them as “chipotles”, but also as “chipoLtes” and, for lack of a better explanation, talked a bit of shit on my Instagram story. A few people hit me up to let me know that depending on the region in Mexico, both ways can be considered correct.

So are they just hedging their bets? Spelling it both ways to cover their bases? Kind of feels like they’re playing both sides.

Anyway, here’s a taco recipe that’s a hit with everyone in my life in the summertime, from friends and family to my kids. That’s just about everyone in my life.
