i hate counting carbs, and i don’t track what i eat. mostly because there’s nothing i hate more than having to do math before lunch, but i know a lot of people are into that kinda thing.
so i set out to build a creamy buffalo chicken burrito that is loaded with protein, while having as few carbs as possible. more importantly, it had to pass the test with my kids to make sure it doesn’t taste like garbage - this is no easy task.
these burritos have 75g of protein per burrito, with only 10g net carbs. i’m not even lying about those numbers! it will allow you to scratch the burrito itch and still meet your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
